With the regular season over, we switch gears to the Olympic styles of wrestling. We typically see athletes make tremendous improvements with their wrestling fundamentals during this season as they work towards making Team Illinois and competing in the National tournament in Fargo, ND. Offseason wrestling is open to all wrestlers ages 9 and up.
